As we have the openSUSE 12.1 release upcoming, we should indeed think about timeline. On one hand, this is a lot of work and we might overload ourselves here. On the other hand, releasing this say 1 month after the openSUSE 12.1 release, giving some attention to that release in the magazine of course could be really cool... In any case, be sure to copy-paste as much as possible from earlier articles.
