Good start Jos.

I made a number of grammatical and technical modifications to your
Etherpad, and did a little bit of revision for conciseness and I hope
clarity.

Is still early for now, as you've noted plenty of content still needs
to be stuffed into the document. Even if the content is raw, it might
still be faster to just insert it and someone can modify later.
