I just tried with Scribus 1.4.0 rc5 to open openSUSE brochure_v4.eps and I 
found 'Converting of 54 images failed!' . So I figure out it was a composition 
with GIMP, Scribus, Inkscape, ..... not easy to edit without missing or 
changing something not desirable
