Here is a little translation how-to:

1.Get Inkscape if you don't have it yet:
 zypper in inkscape
2. Get the file you want to translate from GitHub:
  - go to https://github.com/openSUSE/artwork/tree/master/posters/
  - navigate to the 'openSUSE is cool' folder
  - click on one of the svg files you want to translate
  - click on 'raw' to download it
3. Open the file and customize the text by double-clicking it and 
typing.
4. Once done, save the file and email it to me
5. tap yourself on the back for a great job! You have provided your 
fellow country-men with a nice, translated folder about openSUSE!

I hope it is a clear explanation, if I was not clear enough please let 
me know.
