Hello Nelson, We have written " The openSUSE Travel Support Program aims to support contributors representing openSUSE at events, conferences and hack-fests with their travel and hotel costs." Maybe is something about "The openSUSE Travel support Program supports community members with the goal of spreading the word of openSUSE and build up local communities." If is the case the meaning is: any person active on our communitty is welcome to apply. Better read the whole page. Suggestion about rephrase is welcome.
