I'm not very familiar with twitter.
I guess hashtag is set for someone to recognize what is all about, a
meaning. Also must be short because we're lazy to write long words.
oss also mean open source software for someone who uses open source
software.
opensusesummit is also too long for hashtag.
Just summit, there can be also desktop summit.
Maybe one S must be capital (from SUSE)
Right now I don't have something to propose. I guess I'll have something
