Thanks, that's cool.

But I would still like to know exactly which patches and which applications you are using?

I also plant to see if I can get hotplug-perl working and also look into getting udev working too - as this seems to be the way forward for Linux. (I'm not sure how this will tie in with SuSe's auto run fetaures though - as no one ever told me me (depite asking here and elsewhere) exactly how this works).

Yeah I would like to know exactly which patches are being used in the

project too. It's fair enough to have them included on an iso but I
can
probably keep up with things faster if I knew what patches were being

used, what their purpose was and where to obtain them from the
original
developers. It would mean I could also apply them myself if the
server
ever went down again.

Can someone tell me where the ck8 patch is available and what I need

Hi Rudi, hei GJ

I have just send an email to Con to ask for the patches. I am currently
struggling to get the server I have for openSUSE back up. I hope
tomorrow it might be possible to get it all up and running. New day, a
new hope even if it is Saturday.

Things are hugely busy here, but as asoon as I have the patches I can
compile a new kernel.

Cheers

Andreas
