Yes they are. > Is this all that distinguishes super/slick from the official SuSe version? AFAIK, the SUSE kernel maintainer applies around 85% of Con's patches and leaves out the stuff that does not speed up the system. Hence, the SUSE Linux kernel performs better than the SUPER one. And I think there have been some kernel benchmarks a few weeks ago that confirm it. There should have been communication of some sort between SUPER and the SUSE kernel maintainer. cheers - -- -o) Pascal Bleser http://linux01.gwdg.de/~pbleser/ /\\ <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> _\_v The more things change, the more they stay insane. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.0 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFDUiAwr3NMWliFcXcRAr/ZAKCfyMco0OwzjWXhWVet9RwNgPQj8gCfetQy DJSvWAyBWMubZYaqDZXIDGk= =gLFv -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
