BTW habe auch ich lange in einer [..] Firma gearbeitet, wo Outlook [..]
einzig erlaubtes Mailprogramm war, dennoch "durfte" ich selbst die
nötigen Einstellungen treffen, um soweit wie möglich kompatibel mit
meiner Umwelt zu sein. Wir durften sogar Großbuchstaben verwenden
(wenn auch nur nach Sondergenehmigung und in dringenden Fällen).
