Fix the broken userspace application that wants to include kernel
headers. This isn't a problem with the kernel but with your package sources.
Thx! Modifiying the mppLnx26_spinlock_size.c did the trick for the
userland utility but the build of the kernel module fails because
scsi/scsi_request.h was removed from the kernel in SP1.
Again something upstream needs to fix.
