Hmm what should such a howto include? I mean installing horde is
quite simple:
- install it:)
- start your preferred webserver
- browse to localhost/horde and start configuring it

I don't know if it makes sense to write a howto about configuring horde
because it depends on your own needs (there are several ways to configure
horde, e.g. with mysql or ldap or kolab or whatever as a backend...).
