13.1/Factory with GNOME Factory desktop (mostly 3.9.4).

I'm importing the GNOME OSTree qcow2 image from here:

Yes.

As is, using "Import existing disk image" and "Customize configuration
before install." Clicking on "Disk 1" in the customization dialogue
gives the error.
