Hi,if you want to run Virtualbox 5.0.20 with a Leap 42.1 guest, after uninstalling the Opensuse-provided guest additions and building the proper 5.0.20 guest additions you still need to rerun the bootloader installation from yast, as the initramfs seems to still contain and load the 5.0.16_OpenSUSE vboxguest kernel module otherwise.
