It should be version 4.8.0_01-466.1 (not 4.8.0_01-465.1).
It appears to be published so you should just be able to 
update to that version.

Also, if you are installing tumbleweed as a PV guest using
virt-manager you will want to grab the latest version of that
package from the Virtualization repo.
