Sure you do. You just need to login and add a link to your new page, when you click on your new link it will take you to a blank page, which you can then edit > To webmaster you can create it with the name of: Cómo publicar I am not a webmaster, but a user just like you. I added [[es:SDB:Cómo publicar]] to the page: http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Howto which adds the a link to the spanish wiki (bottom left), click on the link and then press edit on the blank page. I am a little worried as this procedure is actually explained on the page that you are intending to translate.... :-) Peter 'Pflodo' Flodin.
