Yes, it is effective.
That might be something that will better fit as opensuse.org front page.
I'll take idea and see how to include something like this in
list_of_proposals. I have feeling that "Accueil-ized" page will be by
taste of the majority. BTW I hope that you'll be able to find time to
help if the blowfish and me don't get all right :-)
My idea is directory like http://dmoz.org, but it is many hands job, and
for now it will not work on opensuse.org.
Or maybe, to create the page and ask for help?
