I've seen welcome page translation after I sent mail with link to
Swedish wiki. In translation I've seen you mentioned Icelandic, but it
was to late, and I skipped correction.

Major reason for mail was the way you are doing translations, without
language prefix in the title.
It is little bit crowded on en.opensuse.org this days and marking
translation properly helps a lot other editors and administrators. That
was the reason for the link to:

The changes, you are complaining about, what is it exactly?
