I like neither. All should be clearly consitent.

Some notes as this is only a design idea.
1) There must be an icon in the middle
2) The left should contain different content, perhaps only search and
languages
3) If there are many mor languages, placing them randomly instead of a
circle around an icon is a possability.

That way it is clearly a part of openSUSE.org I hate it when I am inside a
website and the layout changes from the first age to the second.

This should also be the basic layout for e.g. the mailinglist
