keep in mind that we have got at least

3 (4) architectures (i386, x86_64, ppc (ia64))
3 download protocols (http, ftp, torrent)
4 sets of media (CD, DVD, Live DVD, mini-Iso)
1 add-on CD

That gives you numerous different choices (somebody with better
mathematical skills can probably calculate how much) that you have to
make _before_ starting the download.

So maybe linking directly to

http://en.opensuse.org/Released_Version#Downloads_SUSE_Linux_10.1

is what you want?
