It was meant only as a section improvement, not further for subsections. 
Subsection titles with === and more should stay as they are. 
With present font === appears anyway stronger than section title, so this, if 
included as default, will only balance visibility.

Second that is more eye catching than title is truth, but improves readability 
a lot, as section start and end are clearly marked.
