I wasn't sure what others think about and it seems that we share impression. 

The fact is that some other open source projects look for sponsors, openSUSE 
at the moment don't need that, but if someone comes and want to promote his 
product we actually have no place, nor procedure how to do that. There is no 
one they can contact for conditions, or I missed some recent development. 

I don't see openSUSE wiki as good place for that. Not for us, nor for 
potential sponsors.
