two notes:

dl cd's, the 5 cd's are quoted "needed". basically only the first is really needed and we are working in this direction

I know... but letting the instruction "howto burn an image" at the end will lead of nobody reading it (may be no even seeing it).

you should write _on top of the images_:

"iso images to be burned as such, not as data file" (and link to the bottom

it's not visible immédiately that the links are iso images

finally, I hope than the mirror choosing mechanism will be enhanced. notice that the localization can be tedious: When I tried (right now), I was directed to the "cict", a data center 10 km from my house, but the data path goes as far as Paris before coming back to me :-(

could it be possible to use the dns data? My ISP have an openSUSE morror, certainly much better for me
