Indeed, it should be white-space:pre-wrap. I'll have to file a bugreport
against my fingers ;-)

Well, more or less.
- If you use it in a <div>, you will see browser problems (browsers not
understanding pre-wrap will render a very long line...)
- If you (try to) use <pre class='minutes'>, the openSUSE wiki will
strip the class - and also does not allow any wiki or HTML markup
inside <pre>
(see yesterday's mail for all the details)
This is why I proposed to use a custom tag. ;-)
