if you are wondering why this wasn't announced here:
We will not make any changes to the skin. It's rather streamlining the
whole thing. Since all o.o server were set up during the development
process of the skin, every local skin differs slightly from the others.
All servers except the wiki for instance, run with an old YAML version.
In order to make everything maintainable we will
- update to the latest YAML version
- move all common css, image and javascript files to a single server
- consolidate all templates
- and fix all known bugs, of course
