Does XFCE in Leap 15 have a concept of more than one monitor?
If a second monitor is attached via HDMI, it can be configured. The HDMI 
display can be set to be the main display, and the panel moves from the 
built-in to the external monitor. Just the desktop icons remain on the built-in 
display.

If the HDMI display is unplugged after shutdown, and the system is booted 
again, apps which used to be on the main display silently disappear. Looks like 
"the desktop environment" does not recognize the fact that only the built-in 
display is available from now on.

Is there a fix for that behavior?
