The latest update in X11:xfce fixes the extension bug and some other
things. About the UI there isn't much to do as they decided to go with
"Client Side Decoration" by default.
One work around to get the title bar back is to edit/add the following
line in the midori.desktop file:

Exec=env GTK_CSD=0 midori %u
