September 11th had A LOT of people in Germany asking how to help America. I
wasn't directly affected by it but it didn't mean I was less.... Not sure
what word, but anyway, German Redcross had to open a bank account up
because of all the money and donations Germans were sending this way.

Made me proud of my original home country (family moved here from Germany
and Russia before I was born :( )

I've been watching the news with disgust on how the people there are being
almost held hostage in their own states. They can't go anywhere and lots of
people aren't making it.

I have people I know down there and even though we aren't "friends" I care
about them either way.
