I am a little concerned to see a distribution restriction on the Opensuse license, and claims that this is collective property of Novel.

I presume this is an oversight from the 9.3 kit. Should it not be a proper gpl compatible license. examples:

Well, technically speaking, it still IS property of Novell, right? Or perhaps a collective work of Novell, under a GNU/GPL license?

I'm sorry if that sounds incredibly stupid, but that's what came into my head....It could quite possibly be an oversight.
