Basically this is already the case, because we have the openSUSE
mailinglists (with a focus on development / beta testing) and the SUSE
mailinglists (@suse.com) with some end-user related lists.
the @suse.com lists are very busy. SUSE 10.0 is special in
many ways. May be deserve a special list (SUSE 10.x list)
