I think that the Wiki backend is in need of attention at the moment 1. File/image upload has been broken for 10 days. (logged with [EMAIL PROTECTED]) 2. I just tested the time zone change, and I can't change that either (and none of the other preferences, at least any that I tried). Following instructions and reloading page made no difference.
