If you dislike having to use the phone as much as I do, you can always 
just cancel the order and place a new one. I suppose you'll go to the 
end of the fulfillment line if you do that.

Alternately, you can submit an email request (be sure to include the 
order number) and there's a very good chance that you'll be granted the 
newly advertised discount. And while I love Amazon.com, I've found it 
difficult to get to the page with the feedback / request submission 
form.

I've done this, myself, since my order, too, was placed before the 10% 
discount was added and the order detail page does not show the 
discount.
