I am not familiar with ktorrent but with the command line client you could just place the images into a directory called "iso" and place the torrent file into the directory that contains the "iso" directory as well. Finally just start "btdownloadcurses SUSE-10.0-CD-OSS-i386-RC1.torrent" from the very same directory.
