I asume that is just an apt repo, as I do not see anthing indicating that it is otherwise. It would be great if you could do a createrepo on it, so people can easily add it as an instalation source in YaST. Just ask away if there are questions about it. I am sure people with a lot more knowledge on the subject can explain the advantages and how to do this.
