hello again, i am getting ready to install suse 10.0 oss on my powerbook g4, after looking at the open suse site (http:// www.opensuse.org/PPC_Partitioning) i was wondering if it is really necessary to run all of those shell commands for the partitioning of hard drive on a mac, or just partition in apple disk util. and specific what does yast do to "mess up" you hard drive as said on the site. one of the reasons i liked suse was because i didn't have to pull teeth during installation.
