I posted this to the other list earlier, but I'll add it to my reply 
here.  It's not to difficult and once you get it done once, you'll 
wonder how you managed without it!  As Randall mentioned, there have 
been mails and explanations galore posted already, but if it becomes 
too difficult to muttle through, give a yell.

Go into YaST2>Installation sources and add a SuSE KDE mirror, Gnome 
mirror and Packman mirror, turn refresh on, finish.  Then, start 
updating and adding files as needed.  YaST2 will help you solve the 
dependencies just as it did when you installed SuSE from the dvd.
