I created a package of the duplicate file replication software for OpenSuSE 10.0. I have not yet performed intensive testing, but I am also willing to maintain the package. I am also willing to package it for other versions of the SuSE distro.

However, what's the best way to distribute the package? Right now I do not have the resources to setup a Yast repository myself. Can someone else host the rpms?

You can get "your own" directory

    ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/misc/suser-hthen/
   http://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/misc/suser-hthen/
  rsync://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/misc/suser-hthen/

if you can manage it that I can fetch your data regularly from your home pc with rsync.

For this, you need an rsyncd running (I can help to set it up) and a constant IP name (you can achieve this with any dyndns name service if necessary).
