[opensuse] alpha4:kdevelop3 is missing template tar.gz files

Try to use kdevelop3 in alpha4 by creating a project from a template. 
You will get the following error:

The template /opt/kde3/share/apps/kdevappwizard/qmakesimple.tar.gz
cannot be opened
