[opensuse] Suse10 to 10.1

Where on opensuse.org does it show the new additional packages in 10.1 
versus 10.0 ?
Or, can I upgrade from 10.0 to 10.1 and get any new additions in 10.1.
I just hate it when you have to do a new install.
