apt-rpm was part of SUSE Linux 10.0, but has been dropped with the
incorporation of SMART (and YUM) at the time of SUSE Linux 10.1 Alpha1 (or
2). This has been discussed extensively and I remeber Richard being quite
supportive of this decision back then ;)
