The distinction is quite simple: Everything that has todo with the 
openSUSE project in general should go to this list. All the testing / 
development related topics should be sent to opensuse-factory... (so this 
mail should have been sent to opensuse-factory ;)).

Would you mind putting those bugs / suggestions for improvements into 
bugzilla please?
