I find it much more convenient to have Newsgroups or Mailinglists. But I think there are many good forums around, filled with people willing take the moderation job or willing to help (a german one would be the guys at linux-club.de). So I think best would be to link to existing ones, sort them by language, and thats it. Just my 2 cents, OJ BTW: How about a newsgroup? Or a (working) mail2news-Gateway?
