no, DON'T expect a full release each time (maybe i should have worded
it better, sorry).
just wanting an UPDATE CD to be available via mail for those of us
who, either have
problamatical modem download speeds, or would like to play with
changes to individual
packages or package sets between releases.
It could also allow releases to become yearly, with more testing and
bugfix time before
release.
