I don't kno what is worse of the two. NOT having an official webforum is
costing user participation.
Is there a way to set up a voting system, like on e.g. /. where we can
simply ASK people what they think? e.g (But perhaps the Novell Marketing
people are better at this)

What are you thoughts about webforums
1. The existing ones are great
2. Please make one on opensuse
3. I rather use mailinglists
4. ...

It would indeed not be acurate voting, as anybody should be able to vote.
