why? maybe the will happily use "talk" pages in the wiki to coordinate
everything. than they wont need a mailinglist. Doing something just
because you can do something isnt always the best solution.

depending on the activities on the wiki, they might busy enough with
just the wiki translations. and coordination for this is done by
opensuse-wiki.
