Well, 5 CDs with 650 MB each can't hold as much software as a dual layer DVD with 8500 MB. So some of the packages are only on DVD. YaST and pin didn't show you these packages because you can't install them from the CDs. If you change your installation source to DVD or any of the public SUSE Linux 10.0 ftp servers, postfix-mysql will show up in YaST.
