yes, if it was an thread / topic index folder only, no actual
messages! It would
need carefull indexing though. otherwise however, i'm not sure it's worth.
Do we need month folders? Like opensuse/2006/01/mailindexes
yes
and even day folders once they are up and running (check W3's (w3.org)
if you want to see how full they now get)
