my personal yhinking is that major project pages should be translated/adapted on any new wiki. Then the life goes... and probably the wikis diverge. It could be interesting to have a tool to list the wiki pages with an interwiki link (presumed translated) and the pages witj no interwiki links (link lacks or translation needed in either way).
