Good question ;-)

However, there are lots of changes in the package manager in beta4 (and 
maybe beta5) - let's have a look at them before discussing 
dinosaurs ;-)

You can already do this with the "system update" as in 10.0 - just click 
"packages" and you will get the detailed list you know from "software 
management".

IIRC this is available in the "repair system" you can boot from CD/DVD, 
but: yes, this would really be an enhancement.

Möglicherweise laufe ich sogar mit fliegenden Fahnen von Gnome zu KDE
über. Jedenfalls, bis sich das Gnome-Projekt dazu entschliesst, Nautilus
durch /irgendwas/ zu ersetzen. Notfalls eine Parkuhr oder einen
