Aha! You have found Novells secret reason to support SUSE. ;-)
Considering that SOHO users are now also are left in the cold with
support, I would say this is a non-issue.
Can't reach the Novell website, but I believe you can buy additional
support for SUSE. And naturaly you can get support from anywhere, because
the source is open.
