I agree with you and Pascal - only I'd remove this part from the link "#SUSE_Linux_Mailing_Lists". No reason to exclude forums, website or IRC. There are other ways of getting technical help than mailinglists - and it seems that some of the people who ask for technical help here have tried the appropriate malinglist first. Conclusion: Point these people away from here - but don't *just* point them to other mailinglists.
